The Institut Kemahiran Baitulmal, with a limited common space, incorporated the landscape design which utilizes every parcel of pocket space to provide practical and useful spaces for the institute community.

The plan of the Kolej Sains Kesihatan Bersekutu (KSKB) was focused on a single goal to provide a practical and useful space for the college community, with modern, contemporary facilities, hence the simple, clean and beautiful lines in every aspect of the design.
